Since I’ve come back from my holiday in August I’ve been really into my swimming however I seem to be making up for the exercise I’m doing by consuming way too many sweet treats so I’ve decided its time for a change.
I’m not talking about just living off salads and veggies, thats insane and it will never work! So I thought I’d start by making some small changes and if I make myself write about it then maybe I’ll have some motivation to keep going. So I’m going to add a little health/fitness post to the blog on the last Thursday of the month to keep track.
The last couple of weeks I’ve been focusing on the little changes like cutting out fizzy drinks and biscuits. Going cold turkey is just not an option so cutting out the unhealthy things one at a time is the way to go (for me anyway). Its actually been really simple so far but next weeks mission is chocolate and the week after crisps!
